If you are using the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app and you have adequate cellular or Wi-Fi coverage, the app will automatically use that to send the message and nothing will be taken from your subscription plan.

You can manage when you use satellite within the setting option of your phone - satellite only, satellite when needed or satellite off.
