Raising an SOS within the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app is an easy process, but should only be used in the case of a genuine emergency.

To start, open the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app.

The SOS button is located in the bottom right hand corner of your device screen. Press this once to open.

To active an SOS, press and hold the SOS button on screen for three (3) seconds. A countdown will start - this can be cancelled at any time by pressing the (x) in the centre of the red countdown circle.

When an SOS is raised, an alarm notification, along with your location, is sent to the FocusPoint International SOS response center.

You will then be asked a quick and simple series of pre-canned questions. You can skip these questions at anytime and enter into a two-way text conversation with the response center.

Once you have completed the emergency SOS questions, these will also be sent to the emergency response centre to allow them to deal with your incident as quickly as possible.

You can now engage in two way communication with the SOS response centre.
