I can’t connect to satellite
Updated over a week ago

Make sure:

  • You have an active subscription with adequate data

  • You are outside with a clear view of the sky

  • You have activated the app and pressed the satellite icon to connect. It can take up to 2 minutes to establish a connection and the satellite icon will turn green once the connection is established

  • The factory fitted satellite SIM card is in SIM slot 2 (the outside larger joint SIM/SD slot)
